By accessing or using VocalLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must create an account to use VocalLab's services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.

VocalLab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal and commercial audio generation purposes, subject to your plan's usage limits.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to VocalLab. You also own the audio content generated through the Service and may use it for commercial purposes.

You may not use VocalLab to:

• Generate audio that impersonates real individuals without their consent
• Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Produce content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the platform's resources
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself without authorization

VocalLab offers different usage tiers with varying limits on character counts, audio duration, and generation requests. Your usage is tracked and enforced on a monthly basis.

Usage limits reset at the beginning of each calendar month. Unused quota does not carry over to the next month.

We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice to users.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the audio you generate using the Service.

We do not monitor or review user-generated content proactively but reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Audio files may be stored on our servers to provide the Service. You can delete your files at any time through the History section.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.

VocalLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that generated audio will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VocalLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
